Every box is packed and shipped from our headquarters at 10700 Brunswick Rd S, Suite 104, Bloomington, MN 55438. We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days within the Upper Midwest and 3–7 business days nationwide. During the July–August back-to-school peak, allow 1–2 extra business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the real weight and dimensions of your box. Orders over the current free-shipping threshold ship free. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your label is created, and you can follow it any time on our Track order page.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the contents at no cost.

Cancellations: you can cancel any order for a full refund before it ships. Email us with your order number (for example GSB-2026-000123).

Returns: unopened boxes and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Opened consumables that were used (glue, markers, paper) are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective.

Wrong or missing item: if anything in your box does not match the checklist we published for your grade, tell us and we ship the correct item free — no return required.

Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping is refunded when the error is ours.

We monitor each partner school's official supply list page or PDF automatically — hourly during the back-to-school season and at least every few days year round.

When a change is detected, it is never published automatically. A person reviews the exact difference (new item, changed quantity, removed item), confirms it against the school's own source page, and only then approves it. Approval updates the grade box contents and price, and every change is stored with its date and source link.

Orders you already paid for are frozen. A school changing its list after your purchase never alters your paid order. Instead we are alerted, and we contact you with the options — including adding a newly required item free where the change is small.

Each school page shows the date its list was last verified and links to the school's own source, so you can check it yourself.

GradeSupplyBox.com never stores or saves your card details. When you click to pay, you are taken to Stripe's official, secure checkout page to enter your payment information. We do not handle payment processing ourselves and we do not have access to your full card number.

Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your card data is encrypted and transmitted directly between your browser and Stripe's systems.

For your protection, we only keep the payment confirmation, the last four digits of the card used, and the receipt Stripe provides. If you choose to save a payment method for future purchases, that information is stored exclusively by Stripe under your account, never on our servers.

We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, your child's first name if you ask us to name the box, the school and grade you selected, and your order history.

Card details never touch our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We store only the last-4 reference Stripe returns.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. We share only what is necessary with shipping carriers (address) and our email provider (order notifications). We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Children's names are used solely for the name label on the outside of the box and are deleted from active records 12 months after the order. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we respond within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies for the cart and login session. No third-party ad tracking.

By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at the moment your order is confirmed is the price you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Brands shown on each item are what we intend to ship. If a listed brand becomes unavailable, we contact you before substituting — we do not silently swap a named brand.

Product photos are representative; manufacturer packaging and colors may vary. Assortment items (folder or marker colors) are shipped as available unless your school specifies colors.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
